Payment
• Payment is accepted in USD only.
• Payment must be received before work begins.
• Work will not start until payment is completed.
Process & Revisions
• Clients are entitled to up to 3 major revisions during the sketch phase.
• Minor edits after completion (such as color corrections or small details) may be requested.
• Major changes after sketch approval may incur an additional fee.
Delivery
• All artwork is delivered digitally.
• It is the client's responsibility to save and back up delivered files.
• I am not responsible for lost files after delivery (If I still have the file, I will of course give it to you.)
Refunds & Cancellations
• Refunds are available before work begins.
• Partial refunds may be granted depending on the amount of work completed.
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund at any time.
Usage Rights
• Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are discussed beforehand.
• You may repost commissioned artwork with proper credit.
• You may not claim the artwork as your own.
Restrictions
• My artwork may not be used for NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, blockchain technologies, AI training, AI datasets, or similar technologies.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
• Harassment, disrespectful behavior, or chargebacks may result in blacklisting from future commissions.
